According to the Columbus Dispatch poll, the Presidential election in Ohio is a toss-up. President Obama has a slight lead with 50% to Romney's 48%.
The numbers haven't changed much; still both candidates are hitting the ground hard here in Ohio in hopes of securing votes and the presidency.
It was all hands on deck here in Ohio this weekend.
We saw the President, the First Lady, our Vice President Biden, as well as mitt Romney and Paul Ryan all trying to make their case for November 6th.
The wait to cast an early vote at the Cuyahoga County board of elections was at times, 2 hours long Sunday. For those who hadn't yet cast their vote, there was plenty of in-person political campaigning to be heard in the Buckeye State.
Vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan rallied before a jam-packed crowd in Mansfield where he asked "hey, Mansfield, I've got a question for you, are you going to help us win this thing?" While current Vice President Joe Biden spoke Sunday afternoon at Lakewood High School. "We need you Ohio... We get you, we win this election," said Biden.
After a weekend of intense campaigning from both sides, it was obvious that Ohio could very well be the determining factor in the election.
Presidential candidate Mitt Romney had this to say, "the President was right when he said he couldn't change the white house from the inside, let's give him that chance."
Meanwhile, Biden encouraged Ohioans not to listen to ads he said were misleading. He reaffirmed the role he and President Obama took in saving the auto industry.
