Sunday evening, we cleared out & the temperatures plunged into the teens. We had an early night Low of 19. With increasing cloudiness & southwesterly winds, we will see a slow rise in temperatures overnight. Wind: SW 10-15 mph.
Monday, the last day of 2012 will start out Partly Sunny & Breezy with afternoon snow showers. A southern storm system will push well to the south of Northern Ohio, and we'll just catch the northern fringes of the moisture. High: 35. Wind: SW 15-20, gusts-30 mph.
New Year's Eve will feature a few evening snow showers, that should end by Midnight. Windy & Chilly. Low: 26. Wind: West 10-15, gusts-25 mph.
Tuesday.....New Year's Day.....will be Cloudy & Cold with a few snow flurries. High: 28. Wind: NW 10 mph.
Tuesday night will be Mostly Cloudy & Colder. Low: 15. Wind: West 10-15 mph.
The rest of the 1st week of 2013, a chunk of Arctic Air will keep us VERY COLD!!
Wednesday will be Partly Sunny & Cold. High: 23.
Thursday will be Mostly Cloudy & Cold. Low: 11.....High: 25.
Friday: Mostly Cloudy & Cold. Low: 11.....High: 26.
Saturday: Partly Cloudy & Cold. Low: 15.....High: 29.
Sunday: Partly Cloudy & a little Milder. Low: 21.....High: 31.
But take heart, there are sign that temperatures will get milder, by the 9th or 10th of the month.
