CLEVELAND -- I'm very fortunate. You, the wonderful people who keep me employed, ask some awesome questions! Over the past few weeks I've come across hundreds of excellent price drop questions.
I've been hunting bargains for almost a decade (yes, I started when I was 18) and many of the people who've been my mentors have helped me prepare this deal forecast. The following deal dates and expected drops I have are all based on insider industry information, previous price trends and simple math based on current product cycles.

TRAVEL:
Cruise deals are expected to drop significantly. Following a national mishap last year, prices dropped. Internationally, I've seen cruise packages drop by 20%.
Best day to buy in my estimation: Monday March 4.
Last-minute spring break travel deals will likely drop a day after the cruise deals drop.
KITCHEN AND COOKWARE:
Hostess bake pans and crazy kitchen deals
Deal drop expected: President's Day
APPLIANCES:
President's Day.
LINEN:
Towels: Week of the Feb. 18 and possibly a second 60% off deal drop on Tuesday, Feb. 19.
Bed Sheets: Expecting a deal Wednesday Feb. 20.
LAPTOP ACCESSORIES AND ELECTRONICS:
60% off wireless keyboards deals expected Tuesday Feb. 19
65% to 75% off digital picture frames Feb. 20
Laptops: Throughout the month. Sporadic and hard to predict, but usually two good deals per week which I will tweet.
Top tablet deals are expected first week of March.
Beats By Dre: Getting a lot of requests, but I have no idea yet.
MATTRESSES:
A major half price free delivery deal is expected on President's Day with a second deal the follow most likely from Sealy the day after.
TAX PREP:
Top deals are expected Tuesday Feb. 26
STRONGEST WEEK FOR DEALS THIS WINTER/SPRING:
Next week! Crazy deals expected Feb. 18 through Feb 22.
