There is an old-school method of forecasting called "Persistence".
Statistically speaking, the weather tomorrow will be the same as today 66% of the time.
Well, apparently the Persistence Method is getting an upgrade because our forecast pattern is stuck (literally) for the next week or so.
Upper level cold air will be meeting up with a warm and very moist surface air flow, and that means more clouds, more rain, more storms for Northern Ohio. This pattern won't budge, and until is does we have more of the same coming.
What you see is what you get, friends. Ugh.
Tonight: A few breaks in the overcast, otherwise cloudy with widespread fog developing. Scattered showers linger. Upper 60s
Tuesday: A few peeks of sun possible after fog mixes out, otherwise mostly cloudy with periods of rain and storms likely. Muggy! Upper 70s/low 80s
Wednesday: Partly sunny with scattered rain and storms. Low 80s
Thursday (July 4th): Mostly cloudy with scattered rain and storms likely. Low 80s
Friday: Mostly cloudy with isolated rain and storm chances. Mid 80s
Saturday: Partly sunny with isolated rain and storms. Warm and muggy! Upper 80s
Sunday: Partly sunny with pop-up storms. Hot and humid. (Rather typical summer time forecast!). Upper 80s
Monday: Partly sunny with pop-up storms. Hot and humid. Upper 80s
