Family holds vigil to remember Christina Adkins

CLEVELAND -- A memorial vigil was held Friday to remember Christina Adkins.

The teenager disappeared on January 10, 1995 at the age of 18. Christina was five months pregnant at the time.

Earlier this month, her remains were recovered near I-90/I-490 and were positively identified.

The vigil was at 6 p.m. at W. 25th Street and Kinkel Avenue, the place where Christina was last seen alive.

Police have Elias Acevedo Sr in custody on a $5 million bond in Christina's death.
